Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan is free and includes the start into daily accounting with invoices, e-invoicing, receipts, bank account, Stripe, PayPal, payment matching and VAT preview. It is not a trial month and you do not need a credit card.

Can Free limits or packages change later?

Yes. The Free plan is intentionally generous, but it is not an immutable forever promise. If limits, modules or packages change, we communicate them transparently with a reasonable transition period.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Pro costs €14.95 net per month with monthly billing and effectively €9.95 net per month with annual billing. Max costs €39.95 net per month or effectively €29.95 net per month with annual billing. All prices plus statutory VAT.

Can I switch or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations become active at the end of the current billing period. You can export your data anytime.

What's NOT included in the Free plan?

The Free plan does not include recurring invoices, direct ELSTER/VAT submission, DATEV export in EXTF format, tax advisor package, automatic bank rules, dunning, AI booking suggestions, extended API or webhooks. Free gets you started; Pro is for ongoing accounting work.

Can I manage multiple companies in one package?

Each company is billed as its own workspace. Max is not a multi-company or team flat rate, but a power package for one company with higher volumes, API, webhooks and more automation.
